Moravek’s experienced purification chemists can develop achiral and/or chiral purification method(s), as appropriate, to achieve exceptionally high levels of radiochemical purity, chemical purity, and/or chiral purity.

Non-GMP Technical Batch Production

Purification of GMP 14C-labeled APIs is carried out according to the master batch record in one of our four ISO Class 7 cleanrooms. GMP purification via HPLC includes:
  • Replacement of all wetted surfaces of the preparative HPLC system
  • Use of dedicated HPLC system(s) that are qualified by a Field Service Engineer
  • Brand-new preparative HPLC column(s)
